A seamless lighting appearance does not mean an unlimited single-piece housing. Long runs may require aligned profile joints, diffuser sections and additional power feeds; we coordinate these details in the proposal.

From a renovated older HDB flat to a compact new BTO kitchen, a continuous profile light follows the room and keeps the ceiling clean.
A continuous white profile follows the working run. The refrigerator is positioned near the entrance, keeping the rear window and laundry area clear.
A slim profile sits quietly above the kitchen, with an entrance-side refrigerator bay and a separate service yard beyond.

Useful light where you prepare.
We plan the position around cabinetry, preparation surfaces and ceiling height to help reduce shadows. Where overhead cabinets shade the worktop, a separate task-light layer may also be useful.
A finish that belongs in the room.
Choose white for a quiet ceiling line, black for definition, or a woodgrain body to complement timber cabinetry. We coordinate the profile dimensions, brightness and light colour with your layout.

We customise the complete profile-lighting specification: shape and dimensions, brightness, reflector and optical details, body colour and materials, and the dimming parameters your project needs. Bring us your drawings, material palette or control-system brief.
- Shape & size
- Straight runs, zigzags, turns, connected branches, geometric frames and rounded forms. Length, width, height, corner angles and radii are developed for the selected construction.
- Brightness & light colour
- Specify the required output, wattage, colour temperature and colour-rendering requirements. We balance the lighting target with visual comfort and the power budget.
- Reflector & optics
- Reflector colour and finish, diffuser or lens, beam distribution and glare-control details can be specified where supported by the chosen profile and light engine.
- Body colour & materials
- Custom body colours, woodgrain finishes and material specifications to suit the interior. Final construction, finish samples and thermal performance are confirmed in the proposal.
- Dimming parameters
- Tell us your required dimming range, low-end brightness, fade behaviour, zoning and scene settings. Achievable values and commissioning requirements are confirmed for the selected driver and controller.
- Project coordination
- Mounting, suspension, joints, power-feed positions and driver access are designed together, with lighting simulation and supporting schedules available for the agreed project scope.
Smart
Specify app control and scene functions with compatible smart drivers or controllers, including Tuya / Zigbee configurations.
DALI
Specify suitable DALI drivers and a coordinated control system for the required zones, addressing and scenes.
KNX
Integrate with the project’s KNX system through suitable interfaces, drivers or a KNX–DALI gateway, as specified.
TRIAC dimming
Specify phase-cut dimmable drivers matched to the selected wall dimmer, connected load and required dimming behaviour.
These are configurable project options, not four control modes included in every light. The selected driver, controller, wiring and system interface must be matched. Special geometries, materials, optical details and dimming performance are confirmed in the technical proposal before production.

KOYAMA can provide DIALux lighting simulation and lighting-power calculations to support projects pursuing Singapore BCA Green Mark requirements. We develop the lighting proposal against the applicable project criteria, using the specified luminaire data and agreed design assumptions.
Check the light in the space
Review calculated illuminance and uniformity across the relevant workplanes. Assess glare where suitable photometric data and calculation methods are available.
Balance light and power
Compare output, quantity and layout, and calculate the lighting power budget using the selected fittings and driver consumption.
Support the project team
Provide the agreed lighting layout, specification schedule and calculation report for review by your designer, consultant or Green Mark assessor.
Simulation supports design evaluation; it is not Green Mark certification or a guarantee of overall environmental compliance. Final compliance depends on the applicable scheme, verified product data, the installed design and the project assessment. Report scope and any site verification are agreed in the quotation.

A few useful details.
Can you make a long light with no visible gaps?
Yes, we can develop a continuous, seamless illuminated appearance using a suitable profile, diffuser and LED arrangement. The maximum individual section length and any necessary joints are confirmed before production. The design also needs suitable power feeds and support positions.
Can I customise the colour or choose woodgrain?
Yes. Body colour and woodgrain finishes can be specified with the profile and dimensions. Send your material palette or colour reference; we confirm availability and the final finish before ordering.
Does a simulation guarantee Green Mark certification?
No. Our simulation and calculations support the lighting design and its review against the agreed criteria. Certification covers the project and is determined through the applicable assessment process; a lighting calculation alone cannot certify a building or all environmental requirements.
How much does a custom profile light cost?
Pricing is project-based. Length, profile size, finish, light source, driver, controls and installation scope affect the quotation. Share your dimensions for a proposal with the included items and lead time clearly identified.
