These terms apply to purchases made through koyama.store. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies.

Products and specifications

Choose the required model, size, wattage, colour temperature, finish and control version before checkout. The price applies to the selected product or component. A magnetic lighting component is not a complete system unless the listing expressly describes it as a complete set.

Product dimensions and technical specifications shown in the listing take precedence over illustrative lifestyle images. Room photographs, simulations and styled images illustrate possible applications; they do not promise an identical result in every installation. Screen settings and room conditions can affect perceived colour and brightness.

Installation and compatibility

Electrical installation must be carried out safely by an appropriately qualified installer and in accordance with the product instructions and applicable local requirements. Check the installation space, voltage, driver capacity, connectors and mounting method before installation.

Smart lighting requires compatible devices and the appropriate control system. Check the selected product’s Tuya, Zigbee, Wi-Fi or other stated requirements. Controllers, gateways, drivers and accessories are included only when expressly listed as included.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in Singapore dollars unless the checkout expressly shows another currency. The selected product price and applicable shipping charge are shown before payment. Keep your order confirmation and provide accurate delivery and contact details.

If an order contains an availability, specification or pricing error, we will contact you to resolve it before fulfilment. Any proposed replacement, revised charge or order cancellation will be explained to you, and payments for items we cannot supply will be refunded.

Delivery and collection

Dispatch times, shipping charges and warehouse collection instructions are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Preparation time is separate from delivery transit time. Pre-order products require the preparation period stated in their listings.

Returns and product issues

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the process for damaged, incorrect or faulty items and our restrictions on change-of-mind returns. Nothing in these terms or our store policies excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Website content and third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. External services, including payment providers and linked marketplaces, operate under their own terms and privacy notices. KOYAMA website content and images may not be reused commercially without permission, except where applicable law permits it.

Questions and updates

Contact KOYAMA at info@koyama.store or through the website’s WhatsApp channel for order or product questions. Policy updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Singapore law applies subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
