Delivery & Warehouse Collection

Singapore delivery

Standard delivery costs S$5 for orders below S$50. Standard delivery is free for orders of S$50 or more.

Same-day delivery

Same-day delivery within Singapore costs S$15 per order, including orders of S$50 or more. This optional service is for in-stock items only. Please confirm item availability and same-day delivery arrangements with KOYAMA before selecting this option. Pre-order products require their stated preparation time and are not eligible for immediate same-day delivery.

Order dispatch

In-stock orders using standard delivery are dispatched on the second working day after payment confirmation. Working days exclude weekends and Singapore public holidays.

Pre-order products are dispatched after 15 days from payment confirmation. This is the preparation time before dispatch, not the delivery transit time. Delivery takes additional time after dispatch.

Warehouse collection

Free warehouse collection is available at 50 Bukit Batok Street 23, #08-15, Singapore 659578. Please wait for our ready-for-pickup confirmation and arrange collection before visiting. Bring your order confirmation.

Pre-order products are available for collection only after preparation is complete and you receive our confirmation.
